Cloudflare has identified the source of the disruption: "It was not as a result of an attack. It appears a router on our global backbone announced bad routes and caused some potions of the network to not be available."
They have pushed out a fix, and our portal and assets are recovering.

We are aware of a Cloudflare outage that is causing serious disruption across all Skyetel services. This does not include the ability to place/recieve calls.
