This notice is a PSA for all Skyetel customers. There are no current issues impacting the Skyetel Network.
Our customers have experienced significantly higher levels of fraudulent activity over the last two weeks than normal. In fact, we have had more fraud over the last 2 weeks than in all of 2019.
Please be vigilant of your infrastructure and double check your security settings. Now is a good time to do that security audit you've been meaning to do but haven't had time for yet :). We strongly recommend confirming your Channel Limits are appropriate for your use case, and that you configure your account for SMS notifications.
