The scheduled maintenance is now underway. We'll keep you updated on our progress.
We will be performing a network update during this window. This update will configure our routers to resize inbound jumbo UDP packets received from our carrier gateways and deliver them to our customer's without the use of packet reconstruction. Each router will only be down for about 30 seconds, but we are opening a longer window just in case.
