We've now resolved the incident. Thanks for your patience.
We have deployed a fix that is restoring our Databases to normal loads, and the API and Portal are responding normally. We will keep an eye on everything and post the all clear when the Database has fully recovered.
We've confirmed there is a problem with one of Skyetel’s databases and we're working to resolve it.
We are currently investigating reports that Skyetel’s API and UI are experiencing high error rates.
