Hello Everyone,

Our Payment Processor, Stripe, is currently experiencing degraded service with their API. This may impact your ability to add funds to your Skyetel account and prevent auto-recharging from working correctly. Despite Stripe's errors, we have not had any disruption with our ability to process credit card charges; we just want to make sure everyone is in the loop.

Since this is not an issue with Skyetel directly, we are posting this notice to encourage our users to keep tabs on https://status.stripe.com/ for updates. Once Stripe's API returns to normal, our ability to charge credit cards will be restored to normal.

If you are dangerously close on your balance, please contact our support department so we can keep you safe and sound :D.
