We have identified the source of the issue as an SDP Negotiation error, and are working with Documo to resolve it. There is no ETA at this time.

Our Team is aware of an issue preventing the completion of faxes to the Documo infrastructure. We are working with Documo to address this issue. In the meantime, you may use the Skyetel vFax service as a temporary work around so that you do not lose faxes. We apologize for the inconvenience, and will have an update shortly.
