Auth0 has reported that they are operational and are monitoring their systems. We are marking this issue as resolved since all access to our portal and support has been fully restored. Thanks for your patience while we waited for Auth0 to do their thing :)

Auth0 has reported that some of their users are seeing fewer errors. We have switched this to recovering. You may also follow along with Auth0 here: https://status.auth0.com/

While we have not received any update from Auth0, we are receiving reports that our users are able to login again. Skyetel Support has also been able to login. Hopefully this means Auth0 is recovering.

Unfortunately, we do not have any update. Auth0 continues to experience a major disruption that is impacting Skyetel's services. We've reviewed our options to see if it is possible to work around Auth0 and unfortunately that is not possible.

Auth0 is continuing to have degraded service. Unfortunately this means our own team cannot log into Skyetel's internal services (including Skyetel Support). Please forgive any delay for Support response times; we can't see our tickets :(
