We have received word that the outage was caused by a failed router in Iristel's network and the network is recovering. We are also seeing normal call flowing in across our network. We'll monitor this and send out an all clear shortly.

We are still waiting for an official response on the Iristel outage, but are getting reports of numbers recovering from our customers.

Update: It appears the Iristel website is back online. We do not have additional information to share, but this is a good sign :)

We are aware of an interruption of service on some Canadian numbers that transit over the Iristel network (their website is also down). We are investigating this issue and will update you as soon as we know more.
