The issue has been resolved.
We identified an issue with the underlying storage hardware on the server hosting our read only SQL databases. This made replication between the write database and read database extremely slow and created high replication lag.
We upgraded the storage device and service has been restored normally.
We are applying a fix to resolve this issue now. This will temporarily render the portal unavailable while the update is completed. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Our engineers are currently investigating a situation where our dashboard is not reflecting up-to-date information. This includes graphs, balance information and call detail records.
This will not impact your ability to place or receive calls.
