Bandwidth has shared the cause of their disruption with Skyetel and we are confident they are remediating as fast as possible.

However, based on feedback we have received from our customers, and from our own testing, it appears that Skyetel DIDs that transit through Bandwidth are operating normally. Bandwidth is still reporting outages, so it is possible that this improvement is temporarily.

We will continue to keep you updated as we learn more.

We have become aware of an outage impacting Bandwidth.com. Skyetel only uses Bandwidth.com for connectivity on approximately 6% of our DIDs, and is not otherwise impacted. You can follow along on the Bandwidth.com status page here: https://status.bandwidth.com/

Please Note - US customers who switched to Skyetel from Voip.ms using expedited porting may experience audio issues on their phone numbers.

The Skyetel Network is operating normally, and the very vast majority of our numbers are not impacted. We will update this post with additional information when we have it.
