We’ve received word that the intermediary network has begun recovering and that we should start to see restored traffic on impacted DIDs shortly. There is no ETA, and some DIDs will recover before others, but we’re optimistic this will be resolved soon.

We have identified the offending intermediary network and are working with them to get full deliverability restored.

We are still investigating these reports. Our current line of reasoning is an intermediary network used by cell phone providers and a handful of others is having issues delivering their calls into the PSTN for routing.

These reports are impacting less than 1% of our telephone numbers. We will provide and update as soon as we have one.

Investigating

We are receiving reports of connectivity issues on a very small number of Skyetel DIDs. We are investigating this and will follow up shortly.
